Eli Dagan brings over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Application Engineering and Customer Success at Synopsys, where he spent 23 years building and leading a global organization of engineers across Europe and Israel. In that role, he held P&L accountability for $40M+ in annual semiconductor solution revenue and served as a trusted executive advisor to Fortune 500 customers across the VLSI ecosystem. Earlier in his career, Eli held physical design leadership roles at Motorola Semiconductor and Texas Instruments — grounding his executive capabilities in deep technical expertise.
Eli holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, a BA in Computers and Management Administration, and a Director certification from the Israel Management Center (IMC).
As Veriest’s Chief Operating Officer, Dana Ganot is responsible for the company’s Human Resources and Operations for the company’s global activities. In addition, she also serves as the General Manager for the Hungarian site and the UK site. With over two decades of experience across various industries, Dana is a key asset to the organization and a pillar of support for various processes. She is deeply passionate about the intersection of business, people, and their delicate interplay. Dana’s academic background includes a Master’s degree in Psychodrama Therapy from Lesley University, a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Tel Aviv Yaffo Academic school, and a diploma in mediation.

Siniša Stanojlović brings nearly 20 years of experience in embedded systems, cybersecurity, and software product development. Prior to Veriest, Siniša served as CTO at NSigma and held engineering roles at TTTech Auto, RT-RK, MicronasNIT, and Micronas GmbH, building deep technical foundations in embedded software for automotive, digital TV platforms, and system-level development.
He was also the founder and CTO of Micro Circuit Development LLC, providing Embedded SW to various industries.
Siniša studied at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, Serbia.
